 Mentoring Institute Life Coaching... A Satisfying New Career

Are you looking at Life Coaching as a career option? Are you a personal trainer or already trained in Life Coaching but cannot find enough work? Unlike traditional life coaching methods based on achieving specific goals using stragic planning, we teach people how to cope with the unpredictability of Real Life circumstances.

Michelle Mark, previous Health Retreat Manager, has established a training school for life coaches to help cater for the demand as The Australian Depression Institute commenced its national rollout during August 2008.

Michelle is now conducting her training program monthly on the Sunshine Coast. Michelle trained with Fountainhead founder Wayne Parrott and Greg Neville N.D. from 2005 and has coached over 1000 Guests in the now famous 'ADI' program during her two years as Retreat Manager at Fountainhead Organic.

"At the moment the only thing holding up the growth of helping more people solve their Depression and Anxiety issues is the lack of trained coaches", says Michelle.

The training program includes theoretical and practical phases. The theory classes are held over 3 weeks, normally early evenings at a Sunshine Coast venue or at Fountainhead in Maleny, Qld. This timing has been planned to suit those with work and family commitments. The theory phase is followed by practical classes and case studies where your progress and performance will be monitored by an experienced Life Coach. The full course can be completed within 90 days but this can be reduced if you have previous coaching or counseling experience.
