Job Description
Fountainhead Organic is looking for two trainee managers already trained in The Fountainhead Method to join its Leadership team at the retreat in Maleny, Queensland. A six month contract is offered to begin. After initial contract phase it is envisaged that a full time employment agreement may be entered into.
We are looking for keen therapists with life coaching skills, (in the Fountainhead Method) as well as Mindfullness or Journey Therapy support skills where possible.
Your work week is 30 hours life coaching weekly plus 5 hours evaluation and training with your mentor.
Basic Skills Required
Ability to deliver one on one mentoring in the Fountainhead Method.
Desire to be trained to deliver the open day experience monthly.
Desire to be trained to deliver either Phase one, two or three of the Fountainhead Method. (all three most welcome).
Ability to deliver Journey Therapy or Mindfullness training as an adjunct to the Fountainhead Method, (not compulsory but welcome).
To be able to represent the company in a timely and professional manner at all times.
Training Provided
Both positions will come under the Mentoring of the Retreat manager and senior life coach. 5 hours weekly evaluation and training as part of your 35 hour week. You will learn all aspects of the Fountainhead Method and its application.

Job Description
The Mentoring Institute is looking for key people to open and lead each of its new Capital city offices opening around Australia during 2010-2011. The job is offered as a contract or consultancy for a six month period as long as all KPI’s are achieved from month one. After the initial contract phase it is envisage that an employment agreement may be entered into.
We are looking for business developers with life coaching skills, (in the Fountainhead Method) as well as sales and marketing abilities.
Each office will have room we believe for two positions during start up phase and a further two within six months to a year.
Basic Skills Required
Ability to deliver one on one mentoring in the Fountainhead Method.
Ability to deliver the open day experience monthly.
Ability to deliver either Phase one and three of the training or Phase two and three of the training in the Fountainhead Method. (all three most welcome).
Ability to deliver Journey Therapy or Mindfullness training as an adjunct to the Fountainhead Method.
Ability to handle enquiries from various sources to convert said enquiries to new business sales.
To be able to represent the company in a timely and professional manner at all times.
Key Performance Indicators
1. Conversion of enquiry rate of minimum 5 to 1, or a minimum of 3 sales monthly at full rate, whichever is the greater.
2. Deliver at least two parts of the training Phases yourself each month.
3. To host one open day per month.
4. To be able to get minimum 12 people monthly to this open day.
5. To deliver at least 3 sessions of coaching per day for at least 10 days of the month. (30 sessions in total-45 hours)
