'Mentoring Institute Program' Part One

Weekend Seminar
This 2 day workshop is designed to deliver the basic fundamentals of The Fountainhead Method philosophy. Topics covered include belief systems and how they are formed, the causes and neutralizers of depressive illness and understanding anxiety. Work book included.

'Mentoring Institute Program' Part Two

Week Intensive
This intensive workshop consists of 5 days of group therapy. The sessions are broken into 2 x 2 hours daily, morning and afternoon. Each session is designed to help you understand your core beliefs and teaching you ways in which to neutralize such states as stress, depression and resistance to change. From here you can start to identify which area of this Industry you see yourself heading, be it workshop speaker, group therapist or a personal one on one coach. Work book included.

'Life Coach Training in The Fountainhead Method' Part Three

This workshop consists of 25 hours class time over five days of intensive group training. The life coach training takes you behind the scenes, showing you how to break down and apply the Fountainhead Method and all the Life coaching tools and modules that were utilized in Part Two. Also teaching you basic interpersonal skills, communication, visual aids and different delivery methods. Throughout the course you are required to life coach a class member; research related topics and deliver your findings in class and have prepare for your final assessment which is an oral presentation.

'Practical Experience' Part Four'

(48 hours Clinical time)
The final stage of your coaching is to complete 4- 8 case studies (depending on prior experience). This is done by taking a client through 4 stages of personal one on one life coaching. Your work must be logged outlining the details of each session including challenges. During this component you have on going support in regards to the delivery of information as well as finding clients. By completing the above components you are now considered a qualified Fountainhead Method life coach.
